The creation of unique floral designs for every precious occasion. “Colibri" is Spanish for "hummingbird" and embodies the essence, the source of vitality of all flowers. Like their essence fuels the flowers, Mariana’s designs bring new creative life to your event.
Mariana, a multi-award winning floral designer, views floral design with the eye of an artist: focused on the flow of the piece, the use of line and form, as well as her obsession with the use of color. She uses her background as a dancer to create designs that embrace movement as well. Overflowing centerpieces and bouquets, corsages that at the flip of the wrist flatter from all angles etc. For as long as Mariana can remember, she’s been in love with flowers. As a small child, her mother taught her about the varying species of wildflowers here in PA as well as those in their favorite vacation spot in VT. Her father always plants a garden every year and his trademark zinnias and other flowers have always been featured proudly in the family’s home. From self-taught to her recent completion of a Certificate of Floral Design from Temple University, Mariana strives to create unforgettable works of floral art for your event.
